Sauteed Tofu with Red and Yellow Peppers.
This is a real easy recipe for making @tofu. Sauteé red peppers, yellow peppers, onions, garlic and cilantro in @olive oil. Second, add the tomato sauce and let it sautee for a bit longer. Next, use @HerbamareOriginal as seasoning then add tofu to the skillet and stir. Let it cook very slowly for 10 minutes. When it is almost done, add an assortment of frozen vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes more. Voilà! Buen Provecho. Enjoy! Try it and let me know if you like it! Hasta la próxima.
